Vip continues the story as A1, so we recommend that existing users of the My Vip app update their app so that all functionality is fully available when switching to the My A1 app.

Mobile Internet or WiFi must be enabled to display user data in the app. If a user wants to access their data via WiFi, they can do so by entering their username and password created for My A1.

The data flow over the A1 network created by accessing content within the application in national traffic is free. During use, it is possible for the application to access external content whose use is charged in accordance with the valid A1 tariff. The data stream created using the roaming application will be charged at current roaming data transfer prices.
